Basic Eligiblity

ABLE Senior Job Service- There are no restrictions for the ABLE program which matches long term and temporary jobs with applicants.

Title V Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)- Participants in this program must be 55 or better, low income and residents of Multnomah or Washington County.
