"ABLE" Senior Job Service is a concept conceived and developed by the ABLE Employment Coalition. The purpose of this service is to assist older adults in finding the type of employment most appropriate to their current lifestyle and income circumstances. A resource room is available to help them achieve their employment goals, including referral to specific resources or training and referral directly to businesses.
Through the process of helping older adults, ABLE Senior Job Service also provides a service to employers- both large and small- who specifically want to interview qualified older adults for available job openings.

Fill out an application , listing your preferences as to location, the type of work you would enjoy, and your skills (many of which are transferrable from everyday life.)
Interview with an ABLE Placement Specialist to determine our understanding of your qualifications and employment needs.
We offer assistance to anyone of any age who is honestly looking for work, but we focus our efforts primarily on older adults.
