Partners
PCC's Capital Career Center is the organizational and physical hub of the Workforce Alliance (the One Stop in Washington County). The Alliance is a consortium of several organizations that provide comprehensive workforce services to businesses and job seekers.
These services include: recruitment and screening of potential employees, pre-employment training, educational upgrades (e.g. GED and English-as-a-Second-Language), job placement assistance, career counseling, and labor market information.
Whether you are a business or job seeker, this intensive collaboration allows the Capital Career Center's knowledgeable and efficient staff to meet your full range of workforce needs.

Regional Partners
The Capital Career Center, as the hub of the Alliance, is part of the regional workforce system in the Portland-metropolitan area. It can access the resources of the other four One Stops in Portland, as well as the One Stop in Tillamook County.
