INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
WEEKLY ATTENDANCE RECORDING SYSTEM
Instructor
Responsibilities
- Enter
client daily attendance. Report
in comments section of Weekly
Attendance Screen View the
following on a daily basis:
- If client called in which
day did client call in and what reason client gave for not attending.
- If client did not show up
for class day client did not show up for class.
- If client has completed
class. Date you completed client.
(Example Completed 5/12/06).
- If client removed from
class for any other reason, date removed and reason.

Use
class roster print out to track attendance and comments and to add
name and social security
number of
any new
students, whose names are not displayed on the Weekly Attendance Screen
View.
- To get names of new students on the Weekly
Attendance Screen View, provide responsible case aide staff with
- student's social security number,
last name and first name. You may email or phone case aide staff with
this
information. You may also request to be trained on how to enter this
information yourself.
- Complete
entering week’s attendance by Friday
at 5 p.m. For occasions
when meetings make this impossible,
attendance entry will be completed by Monday
at 10:00 a.m. If you are
unable to meet this deadline, you
must contact responsible case aide
staff immediately.
- Upon
completing entering of week’s attendance, print out and sign Weekly
Attendance report.
Provide
responsible Case Aide with a signed copy of this report.
- Upon
completing printing out and signing of Weekly Attendance Report, contact
responsible case aide staff
to let
them know you have completed entering attendance and comments for the reporting
week.
