HOLIDAY ATTENDANCE POLICY
 
Holidays should be recorded as attendance time if the holiday is observed on a day of
scheduled participation.  Record the normal number of hours the client would have attended. 
The maximum number of holidays allowed in a calendar year is 13 days.

            Martin Luther King's Birthday                  Thanksgiving Day
            President's Day                                            Day After Thanksgiving
            Memorial Day                                                Christmas Eve
            July 4th                                                           Christmas Day
            Labor Day                                                      New Year's Eve
            Columbus Day          
 
Holiday hours should only be granted for days when the client is scheduled to participate. 
Holiday hours are not allowable for paid work activities (UN, MI, PL, JT, and WS).
