KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN ENTERING DATA

 

     To assure we have accurate data to report out, it is essential that the data we input be as
      correct as possible.  When entering data into the system, please strive to maintain
       the following standards:

        Check social security entry to make sure number is correct.

        Enter client's legal name as displayed in TRACS.

        Before committing entries, check your entry for spelling and punctuation errors.

        Before committing entries, check your entry for date entry errors.

        If you enter a date in the "Actual End Date" field you must also enter an end reason.
