TRACKING SUPPORT SERVICES
    For those staff who track support services for their case manager, support services tools are available. 
   You may track non-JOBS clients as well as JOBS clients using this system.
 
   The system includes an entry form which displays fields used to manage a listing of clients receiving services:

    To place a participant on the listing, go to the Record of Client Participation form and create an entry.

1. If you want the entry to appear on printed reports, select Yes in the Place Name on Report field.

2. Enter the Case Manager's id code.  The system is set to allow you to enter both JOBS and non-JOBS case managers.

3. Enter the Branch Code client is participating in. 

4. Leave the Name Removed From List Manager field set to No if you want to view this entry on your List Manager Screen.
