Definition of the Support Group Activity
 
The activity descriptor for tracking the progress from pre-worksite placement to
placement at a Work Experience or JOBS Plus  worksite is called Support Group.

             Entry for client's referred to Support Group activity is as follows:

 

          Clients remain open in the Support Group  activity until they are placed on a worksite or are removed from the activity for some other reason. Worksite activities may be either Work Experience of JOBS Plus. 
                        
         
         
                    from the activity for some other reason.  Worksite activities may be either Work Experience or Jobs Plus.
 
                When client is placed on a job site, the Support Group activity will be closed as of the first day of the
                    worksite activity.
