How To Enter Hire Information
Hire entries are made into the tracking system upon the following conditions:
  
    Client is hired while participating in an activity and will not be returning to the activity.  
        Exit date is entered closing the activity, the exit reason "Hired" is selected from drop list.
 
    Client has obtained a survival job and will continue attending activity.  
        Hire information entered.  Client remains open in activity.
 
    Client has exited Jobs Plus, Work Sim, or Work Experience activity with a reason other than "hired."
                  Client name will appear on 90-day check employment listing.  Hire falls within 90th day date.  Hire info
        entered into system.  Client remains open in any activities unless the hire causes the activity to close.

          Hire information may come from a formal Hire Report or you may discover the hire entered in TRACS. 

Key Points To Remember When Entering Hire Information

               Enter all information you have available to you.
 
               If the client is going to exit the activity due to the hire, close the activity step in the Tracking Database, even if
                   you are going to keep the activity open in TRACS. 
      
               Before leaving the form, check your entry for correct spelling and capitalization.  Make sure branch, case manager, 
                   and career specialist fields are entered.
