DATABASE ADMIN INFORMATION

In order to access the database, you must have a User Name and a Password
set up by database admin staff. Admin staff will arrange for your computer work station
to be connected to the database system and will issue you a Log In Name and Password.

DATABASE ADMIN STAFF
Contact database admin if you are having sign-in issues, if you require a specific report
or screen view, or if you need to change your password.

Note: Requests for changes in screen views and some other additions to the system may
require several working days to fulfill.

Shortcut To Data System
Once you have received your Login Name and Password, you will be able to access the database system.
