HOW TO ADD A NEW RECORD INTO THE SYSTEM

            Before you add a new client record into the system, check the system to make sure that there is
            no current record for the client in the system. To do this, use the social security number search
            device to perform a search of the system.  Search the system using the social security number of
            the new client.  If no record is in the system for the new client, the system will generate the
            message below informing you that no record by the new client's social security number exists in
            the system. 
 
           
            This message indicates that you may make a new record entry into the system
