Career Services
The CAPITAL Career Center offers solutions for employees and job seekers.
Our customers include job seekers wanting to change careers, low income
individuals, individuals receiving public assistance, dislocated
workers, older workers and persons with disabilities. We offer
a variety of services to assist them in their job search activities.

Work with a Career Specialist
Development of an individualized employment plan
Short term training to develop or enhance your job skills
Work with a Specialist to find employment
On-The-Job Training
Available to qualifying individuals who complete a certification and assessment process.
Requires your commitment to follow through with your employment plan
Requires that you seek employment immediately following training.

Examples of Enhanced Services trainings:
Computer Classes, Professional Skills Development, Welding, Construction Trades, ESL, Office Skills, Accounting Classes, Manufacturing, Basic Skills Upgrade or GED, and many more. Offered trainings are subject to change depending on job market demand of skills, class schedules and program funding.

strictly enforce the following guidelines for the safety of your
children:
Children are not permitted in the Orientation,
Resource Room, Classes, Workshops and cannot be left alone in
the outer entrance or hallways of the premises.
